Soft Close: The auction program has a soft close feature designed to stagger the close of each lot by 10 seconds. However, if a bid is received within 2 minutes from the closing time, that particular lot is extended an additional 2 minutes. This action will repeat itself until bidding has ceased for at least 2 minutes. This provides bidders with a true auction method and not last second sniping as seen on other sites like ebay. Auction Preview: Wednesday, February 8th Noon - 5p, and Saturday February 11th Noon - 5p, or by appointment only. Call Ales Auction Services @ 309/242-0617 to set an appointment. If you submit a bid without attending a preview, you agree and accept the posted photo(s) as your preview. The buyer relies exclusively on their pre - auction inspection and all lots are sold with all faults and defects within. The location of the preview and auction is 1345 County Road 2250E, Roanoke, Illinois. Registration: You must register online to bid in this auction. Follow the simple steps on the auction site to register. If you do not have internet capabilities, call between 8a CST and 8p CST for assistance. If unknown to Ales Auction Services, ALL BIDDERS with less than a 6 HiBid score, or have been a registered Hi Bid user for less than 6 months, will be required to electronically send a photo of their government issued ID as proof of person. Failure to do so will disqualify you from participating in the auction. Auction Terms and Conditions: All items are sold AS IS with no guarantees, warranties, or representations expressed or implied. Not responsible for errors, omissions, or accidents. All sales are final. Please inspect the item and ask questions before you bid. If items are not retrieved during checkout, a $5.00 storage fee will be charged per item, per day unless arraignments agreed to by the auctioneer are made, regardless if it's paid or not.
